Q. Can you provide after-hours service?
A.
Basically, we do not provide medical services outside of our opening hours. However, even after hours, if you contact us on line, we will be able to reply to you depending on the time of day, so please contact us on line regarding after-hours matters.
Q. Are reservations made in Japanese or English? Is it in English?
A.
For TEL appointments, English is available only when an interpreter is in the examination room. Basically, it is possible to make an appointment in Japanese. For LINE, only Japanese is available.
Q. Is it by appointment only?
A.
You may visit us without an appointment. However, we recommend that you contact us in advance as the clinic may be crowded at certain times of the day.
Q. Can you prescribe the same medication that I was given in Japan?
A.
Due to licensing issues, some drugs can be prescribed while others cannot. Therefore, we may not always be able to prescribe the exact same drug, but we try our best to prescribe drugs with the same ingredients and expected efficacy.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A.
VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, and Union Pay are accepted.
Q. Can I use my credit card’s supplementary insurance?
A.
Cashless service may be available depending on the overseas accident insurance policy attached to the card. Please contact the call center of the credit card indicated on the back of the card for details.
